Basis
All routed OpenRouter traffic priced at OpenRouter's realised (effective) per-endpoint daily price, full model universe (547 to 564 variant permaslugs). OpenRouter's own published 'dollars spent' figures count credit spend only and exclude BYOK traffic; the two are not the same number.
OpenRouter's own 48-hour figure (OpenAI at 31% of dollars, 10 Sep) counts credit spend only; our series counts every routed token at the realised price. The two measure different things and are labelled as such. Full method note on Substack.
Why it matters
OpenRouter is the only public window on what labs actually get paid per token. Anthropic's dollar share is the pricing-power series behind our Anthropic ARR nowcast. The same series drives our SK Telecom work.
